The Babson Building was built for Babson College founder Roger Babson in 1919. D.M.Bernardi gutted the 36,555 square foot building down to the exterior walls. Working with renowned Wellesley architect John C. Staniunas, we completed the renovation which inluded an ADA-compliant entrance and elevator, as well as new air conditioning, fire sprinkler, electrical and plumbing systems. The finished building still retains its original characger on the outsilde, while being modernized into Class A office space on the inside.
